What are your billing and deposit policies?

A guaranteed head count is required for all functions seven (7) business days prior to the event. This figure will be considered the minimum for billing purposes

We require a 25% deposit upon booking for all catered events. (25% of total bill) This deposit will be applied toward your final bill.

Payment is due upon the completion of the event unless other arrangements have been made prior to the event. An itemized invoice will be presented at the completion of the event. All charges will be based upon the guaranteed or actual attendance, whichever is greater.

Do you have additional menus items?

We’ll be happy to help you design a menu to meet the needs for your special occasion. We can use a menu that you prefer or modify one of our menus that you see on our website.

Can you provide for vegetarian or other dietary restrictions?

We will discuss your dietary needs together and suggest menu items that would be suitable for your event. Also let us know if we need to consider food allergies.

Can you take care of tables, chairs and linens?

If china and glassware and linen table covers are requested, we can provide prices for these additional items and have them delivered to the catering site.
